This yummy, cheesy hash-brown casserole was DELISH at our last meeting.....and looks easy which is a BONUS!
2 lb of hashbrowns (I use the square ones because they're easier to mix)
4 C of cheese (I mix two different kinds of cheeses to make it more fun)
1 can cream of mushroom
1 pint sour cream (I use the one with chives added)
1/2 C butter
Onion flakes to taste
Mix all together and bake for 45 min at 350
